A brief list of things you can do to balance your solar plexus include to,BREATHE: Stop, breathe mindfully and release any tension or dis-ease
TURN IN & TUNE IN: take some time to quietly turn inwards and feel through any blocks or ill emotions you may be experiencing
FOCUS ON MAKING EMPOWERED CHOICES; If we don’t speak our truth our belly/solar plexus can become heavy, sore &/or congested
EXPRESS YOURSELF CREATIVELY in a new way; Write your thoughts or feelings down, create a guided meditation, paint, garden.. What ever makes your belly& heart smile
EXERCISE AND STRENGTHEN YOUR CORE; Yoga, Pilates, sand up paddle boarding etc are al great for this. Even try walking with shoulders back and core activated- it’ll instantly empower your physical body- Breathing though it with the intention of loving your solar plexus will help align your body, soul + chakras too
BATHE in detoxifying salts and minerals like Epsom salts, by candle (not phone) light or try
ESSENTIAL OILS such as ginger, peppermint and cinnamon
EAT good, clean fresh food
DRINK lots of water and herbal teas to comfort, hug and soothe the stomach
HONOUR YOUR INTUITION or gut feelings/ speak your truthTRY MEDIATION, REIKI, PRANIC HEALING OR MASSAGE
